A customer texts the contractor's number, and the assistant answers on the contractor's behalf: it asks what the job is, finds a time that suits both sides, and confirms the appointment by text.
The number (757) 919-1979 is used for a testing program. Everyone who texts it is a willing participant who has agreed to help test the assistant, using their own mobile phone. The contractor businesses the assistant books for during testing are test businesses set up by us, and an appointment made during testing is a test record: no one is sent to any address and no work is carried out.
